Hoja Santa is the brainchild of Chef and owner, Gabriel Padilla, along with Rudy, affectionately known as JR. Together, we embarked on a mission to introduce a culinary experience deeply rooted in the vibrant flavors of Mexico. Hoja Santa is our canvas, where we fuse the essence of Mexican gastronomy with a touch of excitement. Every dish that leaves our kitchen is a testament to our passion for pushing culinary boundaries and delivering a truly exhilarating dining experience.

We take pride in our service and hospitality. Many of our waitstaff have been in the industry for well over a decade, and several of them have worked together in different restaurants. This synergy allows them to flow seamlessly and set a high standard for your expectations.

Ingredients at Hoja Santa are our culinary cornerstone. We meticulously select the freshest, locally sourced elements to craft dishes that capture the essence of Mexican cuisine. From vibrant herbs to premium meats, every ingredient plays a vital role in creating unforgettable flavors.

Consistency is our mantra at Hoja Santa. We firmly believe that in the world of culinary excellence, you're only as good as your last dish. That's why we work tirelessly to ensure that every visit to Hoja Santa is a consistently wonderful and thrilling experience.
